I just saw this on the website, Paris Hotel Boutique, which is a vintage shop in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've never read the book, but I can tell you the first entry:"Pays $120 for a book entitled The Snob Spotter's Guide from a vintage shop called the Paris Hotel Boutique located in the San Francisco Bay Area."
